Interesting, didn’t think of that. Now I wonder if someone takes it for a test drive for the review, at which point does it become personal use? It’s not like the IRS will let you always claim the expense on each one you pick up. I’m sure it’s in the IRC somewhere, specifically.

If your business actually is reviewing butt plugs, how will they know which one you used for personal reasons? They won’t. They could audit you, but if they’ll let doug write off his $100k Ferrari because he wrote some articles about it on Jalopnik, then I don’t think they’ll go after someone for a crate of buttplugs.
